It was good news to hear from Dr. Smith. He put me at ease as soon as he walked in, relayed the info in a calm and friendly manner and got a laugh or two out of me. Thoroughly pleased with my visit. Thank you
Dr Smith and his staff were professional, understanding and thorough taking me step by step through the upcoming procedure . My questions and concerns were addressed and I was given as much time as necessary to ask questions.
I like dr Smiths scene of humor he has a way of making me feel comfortable. I also like the way he explains things where you understand the situation.
I have developed a strong trust in Dr. Smith and his team. The trust has been developed from straight answers with complete context in the answers to questions that are very important to me. His team also provides this attitude towards information clarity. I am not certain how all team members are being so consistent other than a close working relationship with each other and I hope they continue as we all progress through illness and surgery together.
They were busy that day so 35 minutes past appointment time, but I have waited a lot longer. Dr. Smith was a pretty cool dude, won't mind seeing Him again or contacting Him with any health problems. Highly recommend .
