Lady on the phone was extremely rude and talks down to you when you try to ask simple questions about their price range for a potential job. I won't be calling again.
Avoid this shop. I was charged for hours of diagnostic time, yet another shop identified the problem, a blown engine, within minutes & charged me only a very minimal diagnostic fee. After my truck left this shop, I received it back with the interior clearly gone through. My glove compartment docs were scattered on the floor & items from my glove box & center console were missing. Basically, all my small tools and parts were cleared out of the interior cabin. I can’t say enough good things about Rick and his team! My family and I were traveling from London, Ontario back to Montreal when our truck broke down. Rick took us in right away, no waiting, no runaround, and got straight to diagnosing the issue, including checking the spark plugs and everything else that needed attention. What really blew us away was their kindness. While the truck was being repaired, Rick arranged a ride for us so we could go have lunch nearby. He doesn't give warranty and very bad service. I bought tires from here and I got them balanced, and they turned out bad and wasted my time.
