I have had the best experience with Rickey Ratchets. Not only do they provide the BEST customer service, but they are professional and detailed in explaining what the problems are. The prices were fair and not gouging. I highly recommend, especially for all the ladies out there who are looking for a reputable auto shop!
Totally trust the workmanship. There are garages that fix things, and then there are true mechanics who dig deep to understand what is going on. If you want your vehicle fixed properly and deal with a great small business, this is your place.
Very expensive, would have been cheaper to have the dealer do the same work. When you add diagnostic fee on top of the labor fee, you end up spending over $250/hr for simple repair. Won't return.
It's the worst place to fix your car because they ripped you off very quickly and charge more money and then they lied to you and just changed different parts and the telling you that you have to pay more money just to check out the problem and just keep milking you more money and very disgusting staff and very rude people
Amazing service, My car had scratches and a dent on parts of both back doors. When I picked it up, it looked terrific, like nothering ever happened. When I picked it up Rick had it washed both inside and out. I was so pleased to have the loner car. I would absoulty recommed Rick to anyone. Thanks Rick for the great job you did..
