Ricky was extremely helpful in assisting me when my car broke down during my holiday on Anglesey. He was really knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure the car could be repaired.
This is the third time we've brought a vehicle to Ricky and the crew. If I could leave 10 stars I absolutely would. Brought it in this morning fully expecting it to be left in over the weekend,but to my pleasant suprise was informed by Ricky it wouldn't be more than a couple of hours. I highly recommend Ricky‘s mobile mechanics and diagnostics LTD. We broke down in the Lake District we were recommended Ricky by our Camp Site, He responded instantly went above and beyond to find the parts needed. Stayed in contact with us fully until our vehicle arrived with him. And did the work So promptly, we had our vehicle back the same day so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. We can’t thank him enough.
Woke this morning to a flat tyre. Ricky saved the day and got me back on the road within an hour of calling. I even managed to make the lunch I'd booked. Thanks again!
