We were really stuck after buying a Hilux from London which turned out to have a bad diff leak which got progressively worse (the dealer had lied about it) we needed to drive it back to Heysham that day to catch our ferry but we were really concerned about driving it! We were staying in Anglesey with family and called up Rick, he was more than happy to help...as soon as we parked up at Rick's garage he dropped everything he was doing and got straight to work inspecting the truck before we even had chance to get out the door!... read more

(Saturday) We just got to Wales for our little holiday in the campervan(T6) and the alternator went, we called on green flag, the chap they sent out jumped started the van and said everyone will be busy for weeks and wasn't interested in fixing my van even though it said full workshop facilities on his van ... So a quick Google search and we found Ricky, he said said he could come Monday afternoon he arrived on Monday 6.30pm with a new alternator and proceeded to fix the van very quickly and efficiently a while later all fix... read more

Disaster struck, broken coil spring late Friday afternoon. I needed the car for Monday and remembered seeing Rickies mobile mechanic van driving around. I reviewed the customer reviews, all good so I called him. Really helpful, sent through the details and asked for discs front amd rear to be replaced st the same time if possible. He said 4pm Saturday and was there on time. All work completed satisfactorily, just gets on with it. Will definitely be calling again. Great job thank you.

Ricky was fantastic! We broke down and our RAC recovery recommended Ricky to fix our VW Caddy. We only arrived back home really late and then first thing the following morning Ricky was there and fixed our vehicle. Fantastic service and the communication was fantastic. There was something else that happened when Ricky left so we sent a video and he came straight back to sort it. Thank you so much! You made a stressful situation really manageable! Thank you
