Yes it's a five star rating and well earned. I've been to this office three times. What a great system. You walk in and go to a kiosk and pick the dept. you need to see. Wait times were very reasonable and the area was comfortable to sit in. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Very happy. The security guard, on my last visit, went above and beyond to help me out. Really great staff here. I also want to give a shoutout to the system for putting in email work requests.
