Dr Bare is extremely knowledgable and meticulous about his practice of medicine. He also exhibits great care , concern , and respect for his patients by explaining information clearly , never acting rushed, and is responsive to patient questions and concerns.

I always respect Dr Bare's decisions. He has always taken excellent care of me.
The initial consult wait time left a lot to be desired. I had to wait for almost an hour before I actually went back for my appointment, then had to wait some time after that. Doctor Bare, was a wonderful person to talk to and answered all my questions concisely. The procedure I had done, was very expeditious, and dr. Bare had fantastic bedside manner. He kept me abreast of everything as it was happening, and told some wonderfully funny stories to keep my mind at ease during the procedure.
I’ve never been so frustrated in my life. He tells me the reason I have pain in my testicles is because of the amount of kidney stones I have but he has no places on removing them. I’ve waited 3 months for this doctor and I feel that’s it’s a waste of my time. He never showed me my CT SCAN and when I asked to view it the nurse said the doctor had left the building. In 5mins he LEFT THE BUILDING. And no one else could even show me the scan. I feel like he simply doesn’t have time for any new cli
I have nothing but positive things to say about this doc. He advocated for my husband to get the treatment he needed when there was a discrepancy b/w what the biopsy results showed (insitu) and what the doc had visualized (full tumor). He pushed against Mission and we got the kidney removed. The tumor had grown through the kidney and was making at run at surrounding tissues. It saved my husband's quality of life.
I am very grateful for Dr. Bear, as his expertise, bedside manner, as well his ability to diagnose my issue and to recommend the right procedure give me the pleasure to recommend him anyone who seeks the confidence of an excellent urologist PMD Shaw...Asheville, NC
