Starting with the front desk, then the nursing staff, and Dr Meta, and lastly the infusion specialists, everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything in detail. I was thoroughly delighted with the care I received and highly recommend ARC for medical needs.
Dr Mehta made sure I understood the next steps that are going to be taken due to the first set of test that were not conclusive. Appreciated not feeling rushed.
