We worked with Rickway in our new home for all the flooring. The manufacturer had a defect in the product, and Rickway backed the product 100%. Chris was our sales associate and Martin the installer. Everyone was so supportive, and solved the problem by replacing all the defective product. I would absolutely recommend this company to buy all your flooring needs. They back their product!
