We had a great experience with Rickstar pools and we are very happy with the finished product. The process was well explained to us from the onset and the team worked hard to get the pool done in a short time frame before Xmas. Tony, Rick and the team were always friendly and efficient and the trades recommended to us were also a pleasure to work with!
We had a great experience with the Rickstar team, they delivered the project on time and within the budget. Tony has been a fantastic sales guy and Rick clearly knows what he is doing. Communication post sales until kickoff could have been better and we also project managed a few things throughout the process (plans, approvals etc) to meet our timelines. 4/5 due to lack of communication otherwise 5/5
Didn't show up for a booked appointment and no phone call!!! Piss poor effort considering we are locals. I will be using another pool shop for ALL my pool needs in the future! 0/5
