Had a warranty issue regarding a Leer camper top. RWT was very accommodating in getting the results we needed to fix/ replace the topper. They did not originally sell the topper, but worked with us and Leer regarding Leer's lifetime warranty. Our experience with RWT was very professional and welcoming. The owner and employees treated us with courtesy and kept us informed during the process.
February 2025. Communicated back forth several times regarding purchasing a 13 F150 122k miles to Rick Nielson. Was assured several times the truck was taken care of and is very solid based on Rick driving from twin back and forth several times and looking it over several times. I understand "as is" and have bought upwards to 40+ vehicles from dealers over the years. I've had several experiences with RWT over the years and it gets better each interaction. They do good work and have a great inventory and showroom that allows you to put your hands on the products before purchasing.
Wow! Rick’s Wild Things went above and beyond to get us back on our cross country road trip, outfitting our new Ram Mega Cab 3500 and our truck camper to a high level of safety within a short period of time.
