On our way to Texas, a flat tire on a Saturday. We limped it to Shane at Rick’s shop at 10pm. He changed the tire and rode with us for a text drive to make sure we would have a save trip. Good owners and good workers.
My wife had a flat the other night and a good Samaritan called someone that works at Rick's Tire. They aired up the tire and it seemed to be holding air so they told her to come by in the morning and have it checked. The next day it was flat again and we couldn't take it to the shop so they came to us and aired it up. We followed them to the shop and they repaired it. We had problems with a blown out tire and Rick’s came through for us. The employee was very helpful and stayed open an hour late to resolve our problem so we could be back on the road. I would strongly recommend Rick’s wholesale tire to anyone needing service.!
