Got stuck and needed a uhaul truck pretty quick. Within 5 minutes of reserving, Rick gave me a call and said it would be up front waiting. Super nice!

Getting my rental from him was all good until I sent my bank account charges. I have no idea what the deal is because he gave me the run around when I asked him about the extra charges. I was stuck in the blizzard and had the trailer one extra day and was charged $89.40 more than what I should have been. Even the main office in Fargo could not explain. So watch ur billing from this guy. And thank u to the Fargo office for being ho eat and refunding me the extra charges.

Rick was super nice. Made renting a truck super easy. Uhaul is a pain, but he makes it easy.

DON'T RENT UHAUL FROM RICK TVs! My husband and I reserved a truck three weeks before our move and he told us 1) 14 dollars a day for truck insurance (Which was wrong) 2) truck would either be at his shop or somewhere else. He didn't know until two or one day before. But he said to CALL HIM AND HE'D TELL US. 3) He got the dates wrong had to tell him three times twice on the phone third time in person. 4) moving date approaches and we called him two days before.
