I was told by Conway Ford that my son's 2014 Ford Escape needed a new transmission and the cost would be $7,200. Fortunately, I found Rick's Transmission through a recommendation and Rick replaced the torque converter, fluid and filter which resolved all issues for less than $1,500! I would recommend Rick to anyone!
