First off I really hate leaving negative reviews but I hope this helps someone not get ripped off like I did. After all the positive reviews I decided to let Rick rebuild my transmission. After paying him almost $2000 when I was on my way home I noticed that it vibrated when it went from 3rd to 4th gear, it literally vibrated my dash. I called him and he said to bring it back the next day so I did. This time he said that he done something to the wiring and changed a solenoid or something. I was told by Conway Ford that my son's 2014 Ford Escape needed a new transmission and the cost would be $7,200. Fortunately, I found Rick's Transmission through a recommendation and Rick replaced the torque converter, fluid and filter which resolved all issues for less than $1,500! I would recommend Rick to anyone!
