I brought my car in because it was shaking. they balanced my tires for me and rotated them and now it drives perfect. I took it somewhere else prior and they didnt fix it right. these guys were honest, quick, and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here for future needs!

I love you Ricks tire and wheel! Thank you so much for taking the rime to find out what was wrong with my automatic seat in my 2011 edge. It stopped working and blew every fuse my husband replaced. He looked under there and was overwhelmed with wires and seat track and didn’t want to tackle this knowing it was more than he could handle. We took it to Ricks tire and wheel to look thinking it would be just like must auto repair shops saying well it’s a lot of work we have to take the seat out look at the wiring, do this do that and we can’t be sure we’ll find the problem you should take it to the dealer which really means you’ll totally get screwed at the dealer but they wouldn’t have to deal with it. But they took my car in in the am and later that day they called to say it was ready for pick up. I was surprised and said is it fixed? They said yes it’s fixed and ready for pick up. So needless to say I was shocked!! They took the seat out looked at wires until they found the problem which was a wire rubbing on the track so long it wore through and was shorting out and blowing fuse. It was a ton of work for them but they didn’t say right away you need to go to dealer they found the problem and fixed it charged me so much less than I know a dealer would have charged me. I was happy to pay it and have me car fixed. So thank you Ricks tire and wheel you rock! You took the time found out what was wrong and fixed it. I would recommend you to any one in need of repair. Keep doing what your doing which is honest work. I so appreciate you! If anyone asks me where to take their car I’m sending them your way.! Thank you, Bonnie Mazzara

The owner is a Christian and you know it as soon as you walk in to his place. Fair and honest with friendly employees! I will definitely use him for all of my car repair/service needs in the future!
