I had my tires replaced at Rick’s in Bavier, Missouri, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Rick showed genuine professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and delivered results that exceeded expectations. Had a appointment today for 8:30 to have a inspection done. Arrived early Rick acknowledged I was there and what I was there for. I did as he asked and waited, and waited and waited. At 8:55 my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot had never moved no inspection done nothing. I have been a fan of Ricks up till this I can honestly say I no longer recommend doing business here.
While traveling across country we noticed our tire was badly worn. Rick’s was recommended to us at the Loves truck stop. They changed our tire and we were back on the road within an hour. Very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend by us.
Good ol'boys who know their stuff, they do great work on cars, trucks, campers and more.
