I went to this shop. The parking lot was empty. Garage was empty with one person in the garage. I told the person in the office that I had bought 4 new tires and would they put them on my car. He told me that they were too busy, with no cars in the lot or in the shop. Told me they would do it next Tuesday. This type of disregard for a potential customer is unacceptable. 5+ Stars! I purchased 4 new tires a few months ago, the price was very reasonable and customer service was wonderful! I recently returned for a routine oil change and again, had a great experience. They got me in and out quickly and checked a few additional items I was concerned about at no charge. It's so important to support local small businesses and I highly recommend Rick's Tire & Alignment.
They put brakes on my Honda. Great job. Honest people. Knowledgeable. I'm taking my son up there to get his tires.
Needed a new tire, had the order one the day before and came back the next day to have it put on. Very quick and reasonably priced.
