Known as Rick's This place is actually known as Rick's so it's funny that it's listed as the Tavern on Main, but anyways. Rick's is pretty awesome. They make some really stiff drinks here so be prepared. Every once in awhile they get a biker group that heads in there so if you're looking for a trendy Hollywood hotspot that you want to dress up for, this probably isn't your place to go. Friendly service, somewhat intimidating but loveable door staff, stiff drinks. What more could you ask for?
Really great burgers and micro-brew beers They have the BEST burgers here and other grill style entrees along with a great selection of beers and ales. The atmosphere is, well...it's kind of like a big frat house party. It's exactly like that actually...a big singles hangout too. fun bar atmosphere I love this place. It gets packed many times because it is in a great area like on main street. It has a big front window so if you can get a spot there you can people watch all the craziness that goes on off main street in Santa Monica on the weekends. I have not eaten here but i hear the burger and fries is great.
