I’ve been coming here for years . Spent so much money on car repairs here for them to tell me I owe $125 for a diagnosis that I’ve never had to pay before in the past . A new policy definitely could’ve been mentioned to me BEFORE dropping off my car considering that I am a RETURNING customer that has never paid a diag fee . They definitely got me out of $125 for that & Derek responding with “oh well , there’s a sign right here” is extremely inconsiderate giving how much I came here .
