service is terrible the guy behind the desk dont know how to speak to clients told me a date and didnt show up then had me waiting the next day and didn't show up
A flimsy window in my basement that came off it’s track often fell out and broke due to the wind the other day. The team at Rick’s came down the street to my home, assessed the damage, determined they could replace the glass, hauled the broken window up the street, and came back fairly quickly (an hour or so?) with the new window (and cleaned up my broken glass!) They also cleaned and WD40’d the track mechanism on the window to ensure that it works properly moving forward. Definitely plan to use them whenever we have window ... read more
