I found pumper jack septic on a google search and then contacted them through the request a service on their website. The next morning Erica contacted me (super quick turnaround!!) to give me pricing that I was requesting along with when they could come out to do a septic cleaning! She was super nice and customer service skills were amazing. Can't wait to get the service done at the end of the week! Will come back and review then!

Rick pumped my septic tank and put on a riser 5 months ago. He did not, however, clean the filter which I now know is standard operating procedure. I just had to have my system pumped again for $220.00. Not too happy about that.
