I thoroughly recommend Rick's for appliance repair. He arrived within the window of time he gave me and got right to work on my ailing refrigerator. He's totally professional, great personality, and diagnosed (and fixed) the problem. His price was extremely reasonable so there was no sticker shock when he finished the repair. I truly hope that the rest of my appliances live long, happy lives, but that's not the case these days. So, if and when there's another repair to be done, Rick will be the very first call I make.
Can't say enough about these guys. It took a while to call me back but when Rick called me back, he diagnosed and helped me to fix my old GE basement refrigerator over the phone. He gave me a quick fix to get me through Thanksgiving. I bought and installed the recommended part, and it works great. Really nice people and was super helpful on the phone.
