Came to fix my toilet. It had a crack in the valve. Was fixed quick and back to working order. Next day they came back bc another leak started elsewhere. They determined what happened (totally separate issue from day before). Waiting on a quote to fix the new issue. They were super helpful and informative. They are also cost affordable for rv repair handyman. Was referred to them by another customer that I met in Walmart.
No one should use this company! You should do your own research and check with a better business bureau and see, that they don't even qualify to meet their basic standards. They are absolute crooks and thieves. They will not even answer calls from the insurance company. If you want a place that will keep your trailer for 5 months for a one month repair and always have excuses of why they haven't gotten it done! Ricks's provided excellent service when they repaired our generator and replaced our hydraulic pump. They were highly communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process and responding immediately to my texts. Although the repair was delayed due to Lippert sending the wrong part, they completed the job the same day the correct part arrived.
