My AC quit working on a Friday evening. They came out Saturday morning determined that it was my main plug from my RV to the pole that needed to be replaced. I replaced the cord AC still didn’t work so they came back out same day and fix the electrical problem And did not charge me for the second time only charged me for the One time service fee, I will be using these guys again
Rick, Junior and Bunny were absolutely wonderful to work with. My travel trailer needed some big time tlc. They did an amazing job replacing the subfloor of the slide out. Other repairs were needed as well. They were able to get ever done in a timely manner and their prices are very reasonable. I’m now confidently ready for a 3 week trip to Florida. They definitely be doing all future maintenance of my beloved travel trailer. Thank you Rick’s Rv Repair. I was thrilled to find out they do rentals too!
Rick and Junior were awesome! Our AC was out. They came to diagnose the problem and had it replaced the very next day. Their customer service was very helpful and the entire repair process was very quick. We will definitely use them again if we ever need any RV work.
Came to fix my toilet. It had a crack in the valve. Was fixed quick and back to working order. Next day they came back bc another leak started elsewhere. They determined what happened (totally separate issue from day before). Waiting on a quote to fix the new issue. They were super helpful and informative. They are also cost affordable for rv repair handyman. Was referred to them by another customer that I met in Walmart.
No one should use this company! You should do your own research and check with a better business bureau and see, that they don't even qualify to meet their basic standards. They are absolute crooks and thieves. They will not even answer calls from the insurance company. If you want a place that will keep your trailer for 5 months for a one month repair and always have excuses of why they haven't gotten it done!
