We had all of our windows wrapped in aluminum to mitigate the damage from carpenter ants on our woodwork. Cory was the technician who did the work single-handedly, very professionally, very politely, and with good humor. I would recommend Rick’s for any of your home projects.
Excellent products to choose from and a friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you find the perfect fit for whatever your needs. When I was shopping for windows, they beat every quote I had gotten without sacrificing product quality or customer experience and support. I've referred others there as well and their experiences have matched my own. Great follow up and support after the work is done. They clearly take pride in their work and stand by their products
Workers did a great job identifying issues, resolving them, and making the necessary adjustments to ensure the roof was properly flashed, vented, and caulked. Did a great job protecting the landscaping and cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely recommend these guys to do your roof.
I am very impressed with Rick's Roofing & Siding! I got two windows replaced and the process was very seamless on my end. I live in an HOA so if you're concerned with finding a company that can work with HOA rules and regulations then Rick's is your company! The wind picked up during install and ripped a piece of siding off, breaking it, but Rick's went above and beyond matching the siding color I needed and finding a replacement even though this wasn't their fault. Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work.
