I would not recommend using Rick's Repair. We had a complete HVAC system and new duct work installed. The installation process was drawn out and incredibly frustrating, starting with a delay for the ductwork. When the technicians finally arrived, they only completed part of the job on the first day and incorrectly claimed our AC could run, which it couldn't. These folks are not just excellent at HVAC service and repair, they are great people as well. Conscientious, hard working, thorough, experienced and knowledgeable technicians. I've worked with Jay Andres (owner), Chris Plaiss (formerly Royal) and several other technicians - every experience has been great.
We have been using Rick’s for years! They’ve been extremely responsive and quick to help! They provide honest feedback and recommendations. Kyle helped us keep our original air conditioning and furnace unit working during tough weather seasons. After a few years, their team just installed a new AC/Furnace unit for us at a reasonable/fair price. We are VERY happy with the quality and service that Kyle and his team continues to provide us!
My technician Cody was outstanding! He was very efficient and punctual. He also described to me all of the steps that he was taking to provide maintenance on my AC. He was very professional and very respectful and super easy to communicate with. He identified a few minor issues that could cause big problems down the road. The price that I paid for today's service included the $169 yearly maintenance fee which provides 2 visits per year.
