RecommendedHad over 200K on my Dodge Ram. Tranny went out. He was super busy but had it done in about a week. Same day I got it back it stopped shifting. Rick had a rollback out to me in about 15 minutes. Turns out he started getting bad torque converters from a long time supplier. He got another torque converter and went all the way back through the tranny and had it back to me within 3 days. Never charged me a dime for the 2nd repair or the roll back.
