We bought the Ford Edge from them almost 14 months ago. Everything appeared to be fine until 2 weeks ago when it suddenly overheated out of no where. After our mechanic took a look and found one problem after another he found that someone had installed the thermostat upside down thus causing a ton of other problems and essentially destroying to car slowly. Our mechanic thinks they put stop leak in the car cleaner up the area and installed the thermostat (incorrectly/upside down) to stop it from overheating. I’m pretty upset ... read more
