11 out of 10! My husband and I loved working with Rick and Lauren and feel so lucky to have found them. They lead with integrity and have so much knowledge and energy. They were always available for questions, answered thoughtfully, and were patient throughout all of our requests. The house we wanted had multiple offers and we got it. They also successfully negotiated on our behalf when we found some material maintenance issues during inspection. We will use them again. They are the best!
