I use to go there every year but as of this year never again. Staff was great as usual. Rick was very rude and very non professional. I will never return for emissions and will let everyone I know about my experience. Pretty sad to have that kind of attitude when you run a business in such a small town. There is one across from Ingles that is alot faster, cheaper, and hands down friendlier. Which wasn't hard to beat! And you stay in your car.
