Answered the phone promptly. I explained my issue with the bike, & he told me to bring it right in. Brought it in on a Weds & it was done the next day. He was very knowledgeable in explaining what was wrong with it and what he did to fix it. Bike runs beautifully. He even helped me secure it onto the truck.
