One leaking tap...two callous, two bills...value for money??? Yeah...nah...apparently no such thing as a warranty on their work!!!
I was waiting and waiting for your quote to be forwarded to me. I attempted to make contact with you several times to chase it up, however, you failed to even bother to respond. That in itself is not the way to run a professional business nor treat potential customers.
