Rick fixed all the issues in a timely manner. Great customer service.
So glad we called Rick's.... he returned our call within an hour, came by after work that same day and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. It was a minor sensor problem, so he charged a very little amount for his services. When I told him thank you for being so honest, most people would have charged for diagnostic, house call, and after hours fee... he simply said"well, it doesn't benefit me to be dishonest... very nice man... even showed my husband some tips on how to keep up maintenance.
