Fantastic Rick! At 5 o'clock, the filter on our tankless water heater blew. I tried calling another business, but no one answered. I needed a plumber in Northridge, so I phoned Rick's. Right immediately, Rick answered, and he promised to show there first thing in the morning. It wasn't simply the water he told me to shut off; he also mentioned the gas. If you had told me to turn off the gas, I would have forgotten. The next morning he arrived promptly and finished the job in record time. I appreciate it, Rick.

I have a bathroom sink and three faucets that need to be set up. I contacted Rick's Plumber Service to get a price estimate. Thanks to Kyle's availability, I was able to schedule a service visit. He is a consummate expert in his field. He was reasonably priced and got the work done swiftly. What a relief it was to hire Rick's Plumber Service. They are going to handle all of our plumbing needs going forwards.

In a word, Rick rocks! Our tankless water heater's filter burst about 5:00 p.m. I called another company but got no response. So, I decided to give Rick's Plumber Service Northridge a ring. Rick picked up the phone immediately and said he'd be there as soon as the sun came up. He also instructed me to turn off the water and gas. Turning off the gas was not something I would have considered doing. The next morning he showed up bright and early and had the job done in record time. Again, Rick, I appreciate it very much.

This shop is very knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonably priced. The problem with my water heater was fixed in a day. The early-morning receptionist who took my phone triaged the problem, explained the associated costs, and set up a time for plumbers to arrive later that day.
