Today I called my nephew who owns Rick's pest control in Steinbach Manitoba I had a bad boxelder bug problem in my basement. He came down within 2 hours of my phone call, showed me what exactly needed to be done, and the price he was going to charge, within 45 minutes he had my basement fully sprayed, all I can say is it was worth the cost. Yes, it was a lot more than what other companies would of charged. But he was very informative of what needed to be done.
