I'm a renter. The owner contracted with Ricardo and Jennifer to paint the outsides of our units. They did an awesome job painting, and their communication with us as tenants was excellent. If you like to support local businesses and want a great job done, this is the company to call!
Although he was cordial and easy to work with during the quote and scheduling process, I had a very disappointing experience with Rick. After being scheduled two months in advance, he canceled our job just two weeks before the start date. The only explanation given was "I lost a helper," and he was inflexible and unwilling to reschedule. Despite promising to send recommendations for other painters, I never heard from him again. Rick and Jennifer helped us with an interior painting and drywall repair job on our 3500+ sq foot house. They were very organized and gave us a detailed quote plus a great estimated timeframe.
