Here in Alberta Canada, my regulator/rectifier on my 2006 Bombardier Outlander 400 max quad/bike was proving bad. After approaching Bombardier they indicated the unit was too old for them to be able to assist me. After checking with numerous Repair/Salvage shops indications were, that since the part was only made for one year I would be out of luck replacing it. I have ordered (2) charging system rotors from Rick's Motorsports Electrics in the last 6 months since I purchased an 82 Honda CB900C. The first one was purchased the Parts Giant (Ebay) and failed after just a day of use. The second was purchased directly from Rick's and it failed after couple of months. How can I ever be confident in the charging system if the parts I buy from aftermarket suppliers are so poorly made? Amazing! The team at Rick’s are miracle workers. They made the electrical restoration for my Kawasaki triple possible. All new up to date and more robust electronics, I didn’t think that there was any possible hope to restore my stator. They did an amazing job! 40 years later it breaths life again.
