I REALLY wish I could give Rick 5 stars. But unfortunately, we had a few issues with service. At first, Rick was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable about our issues. We asked him to fix brake lights, wiring issues with our landing gear, and our thermostat as well as inspect for any issues with heating and cooling. We had bought temporary brake lights that arent meant to be permanent, and although he ordered new brake lights, he told us we didn't need them fixed and that we should just continue using the temporary brakes. ... read more

Rick came highly recommended 4 years ago when we first bought our camper. Every experience with Rick has been fantastic. He goes above and beyond to explain what he is doing and why. I now also highly recommend Rick to anyone needing any service.
Rick was easy to communicate with , showed up on time, explained what he was checking and didn’t mind me observing (I try to learn as much as possible about my rv and repair) . Fair pricing and fixed everything I needed help with. Definitely use him again when needed .
I am new to owning a camper and Rick came out and went over my entire caper with me explaining everything I need to know to have a good camping experience highly recommend having him open or close your camper or even fix stuff that goes wrong we will be calling him for future things
