Wasn't sure what my oldie-goldie 2007 Taurus needed but Rick quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a fuel pump. Rick was very efficient & explained the entire process In terms I could understand. As a Senior citizen, breakdowns of our vehicle, means our only form of Independence goes too & Rick came thru! Very reasonable prices, on time when he said he would be there. Friendly & very helpful. I highly reccomend his work & work ethics! I give Rick a 5 star rating!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤩

April 30th 2026 I called him to come fix my vehicle set up an appointment for Tuesday I left work hour early to be there, he never showed 2 hours later he called an apologized, me being understanding, he requested to be here to fix it on Thursday said he had no other clients, so once again I took off work early, 2 hr s later no show an hasn't called. So the review is DONT CALL RICKS MOBILE SERVICE, HE WONT SHOW.

I live in East Texas, and my mom needed urgent care to her car, since she is always in need of her vehicle... Doctor appts, etc...Rick gave excellent service and kindness, with reasonable charges. She highly recommends. Thank you Rick, for taking care of my mama who is over 2000 miles away. Much appreciated!!

Would not recommend going to this guy. He replaced my timing belt and water pump on my car but he did it incorrectly he had missing blots and loose bolts and he bent some stuff also he was avoiding my calls and text when he knew he messed up my car. Avoid this guy It doesn't seem like he knows what he is doing. Edit:No one else but Rick's mobile mechanic and the shop that fixed his mistakes worked on my car. My car broke down late at night and after multiple calls with other businesses that could not provide help, i was feeling helpless. Until i called Rick and he told me he would be there in an hour no problem. he showed up exactly at the time he said he would—11 PM on the dot.
