Rick is the best repair experience I have ever had on any vehicle I've owned! Rick is the most professional & caring person. He diagnosed my issue, returned on schedule & performed the repair with no issues right in my driveway. He kept me informed on what he was doing along the way. Quick & courteous as well. I will never take my vehicle to the dealer unless Rick is unable to handle the problem!
Rick is totally full of it. I was driving through desert hot springs and had an issue with my car. I changed the battery the day before and later that evening got a check engine light. Hooked up a scan tool and it said PCM fault.. I called up Rick On a saturday, knowing it would be difficult to get someone to look at my car. Rick said no worries to give him a couple hours and he would come check it out. So then I was waiting for him and no show.
