Rick has been doing the work on my vehicles for the last few years and I am so grateful to have found a trustworthy mechanic who only does what is needed to ensure my vehicles stay roadworthy without overcharging. Dependable. Quality. Trustworthy. Those are the things I look for in a mechanic and Case Auto Tech & A/C definitely delivers!!!
My daughter locked me out of my car one summer and i called him and he came right away to rescue me, not to mention he does great work. He’s never done a half ass job on peoples vehicles. Need new brakes? He’s got you. Need an oil change? He’s got you. Need to be rescued on the side of the road, give him a call he’ll be on the way.
I bought a truck from him in August 2023 for $4,000 he said he was charging that much because he just did the brakes and work on the transmission but the transmission and brakes are the biggest problems I've had with the truck, in addition to some other small problems that I was unaware of. Edit: he saw me sitting in my truck in a parking lot and came up to me to cuss me out with my baby sleeping in the back seat because I left him a 1 star review.
Rick is a good and honest mechanic who will treat you right.
I was broke down on side of road. I called him, he was there fast and able to fix it so i can get it to his shop to finish the job. Its was done fast, i was able to pick up the next day. The price was great. I would use him for future jobs
