I would not use this company again if my life depended on it we had them come out and service our pellet stove the stove worked fine before they worked on it now it won't work at all called the owner he told me it was not his problem now I have to call another company out to have them fix what house of fire broke we used the sapulpa office for our service these people will rip you off do not use them

They are a very informative business that was able to answer any question I had concerning my fireplace and outdoor island at the house that I just bought. They spent the extra time to explain every detail in what needs to be done to make sure the remodel is done perfectly while also suggesting great sub-contractors to work with! Then the products they sold me were worth every penny. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Very Recommendable – Worked with this company in designing the remodel of my home and outdoor kitchen. Very customer friendly. They answered my questions when ever I needed them. Sales staff friendly. Workers very polite. As for the person previous the estimate they gave me on the bottom said Labor and Pipe not included. Yes there was a service call fee but if you went with them it was deducted from the price later on. So it was free. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY – The employees are very quick to make a sale to you but you will find the merchandise bought is not as you thought it was. The service after the sale is horrible. This is definately not a consumer friendly company.

I do NOT recommend – Estimates are NOT free. The company is very quick to come to your house and take a look at the situation the hold its hand out to ask for an $85 service fee, even though no talk of an estimate costing money was discussed. Product was ordered and I was told that it would be $x dollars. Though I did not see a written estimate, I agreed to pay that amount that was discussed on the phone.
