When the repair man walked into the house they informed me they could smell CO and it was coming from our log set fireplace insert. They were at our place to re-connect the central air conditioner. They turned off the gas to the fireplace and reported it to Enbridge. A month later I had the original company who installed the log set five years ago have a look at the log set. They found no issues and said it was running well. Very disappointed with Rick’s. We had been a customer for 15+ years.
Great service, they came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Best customer service ever received. I got home from work around 7.30pm and my furnace wasn't working. I had no heat in my house when outside was about -20. Made a call to Rick’s as they have 24 hours service and Justin showed up in 30mints, he fixed the issue right on spot. Very knowledgeable and now we are all warm and comfortable again. Can’t say enough great things, would recommend to everyone. Thank you Justin and Rick’s Team
