Stay away ! Purchased a truck from the used junk car dealer, Barts Used Cars which is located next to Ricks. Both Bart & Rick told me that the box on the truck we purchased for our 17yr old son had been taken off and repaired correctly. Total bullshit ! Holes were cheaply patched without removing the box Check Ricks google reviews. Lots of angry one star reviews
Arrived before 4pm, closing time is 5, and staff are clearly still inside. Refused to answer the door or phone calls. Decided to leave after 10 minutes of trying. I was referred here to get a quote for a damaged door, won’t be trying again.
We got VW Golf rust spots repaired and less than a year past started bubbling at both spots. Owner said he welded new metal in, but new metal won't rust through in one year. Then he told me it was my responsibility to get car oiled to prevent rust. Idiot! I suspect he bondo'd the repair and painted over. Don't waste your time or money on him -- he promises proper fix and then bondo - wait a year or two before you post on his work and see if you're still happy.
