scam artist makes more problems so you have to return
Give their customer(s) an opportunity to replace a worn part rather than telling them that it should be okay, and then later it ends up destroying their vehicle.
Rick is a liar and a scam artist. He not only sold me a junk car under verbal contract to fix it as part of purchasing it, but he then proceeded to make me come into the shop at least a half dozen times giving me the runaround until he decided to give me "shop price" that was still above what I would ever pay someone. This guy is a scoundrel and you should get anything he says in writing or better yet, go somewhere else.

I do not recommend this place. they told me I needed a new water pump and timing chain. after the work, my car was still having issues. this company does not back up there work. I have been trying to get them to make it right. now after a few months of them working on my car my engine blew up. apparantly other mechanics have told me that they broke my oil pump when they put my car's engine back together. they say they have a warranty but don't honor it when things go bad. they wont return my calls. RecommendedRick and crew(Dave) picked up where Reve left off. Always able to squeeze me in and fix me up.
I wish I could say the same as the rest of 5 star, but I can't. They worked on my car based on another shop's diagnostic. Diagnostic which I couldn't even repeat when I brought my car over to them. They have replaced a part, told me they tested it and my car was fixed. I dropped 650 for it only to bring it back two days later with the same issue I had from the beginning. They told me my car required additional 1500 worth work. I couldn't do it and took it to Taffy's on Vernon, got it fixed for 445 dollars and found out there... read more
