We had a horrible experience with Rick's Floor Covering. We went with them because we needed the carpet installed on a specific day as we were moving in the next day and they told us they could do it. We even based our carpet choice on what they told us they could get installed on that day. Despite confirming with them over and over that the carpet would be installed on that day, it was not.
