Dude very rude. Just called to ask about a repair very unprofessional.
Very FRIENDLY. He explained what the problem was, and fixed it. Rick's prices are "VERY, VERY REASONABLE" I will let others know of his great service!!!....
Rick is a regular guy. Professional in is work and word. Responded to my sick refridgerator call and made it well in two days. ( The time the USPS took to deliver the part.....speedy service also.)
