Don't Do It! Don't do it! These people will sell you a scooter that's been shipped from China, thrown together as quickly as possible (No PDI done!) and put it on the lot to sell to you. Look at the mileage on these bikes; if there's less than 5 or 6, those miles were ridden by test drivers. Ricks does not bother to road test their bikes after un-crating!
