Came in on a Saturday with a complex last minute order. Cody the guy in the yard went the extra mile and made sure I had everything I needed to get the job done this weekend.
Jeremy and Allen did an excellent job of installing my new deck. They were professional, prompt, polite, and friendly. It was hard work in hot conditions. I very much appreciate their work.
Rick's removed and replaced both our old deck and a shared fence. The office folks (Thomas and Josh) were always helpful, and the work crew (Derek W, John H, Richard, Fabian, Ryan M, Trevor, Allen and Ricardo) took out the old and built with the highest level of care, precision and craftsmanship. They worked through a heavy rain day, yet the fit and finish of our new fence and deck never suffered. Rick‘s custom fencing and decking did a project for me where they constructed a walkway between two existing decks on the back of my house. The quality of work was excellent, and I am very happy with the result. The crew of Trevor, Travis, Fern, and John B were professional, did exceptional quality work and cleaned up when they were done like to made it look like they were never here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a deck project to be done.
