Disappointed I ordered a materials package from Ricks and I have had nothing but regrets since ordering it. Starting from the beginning when they gave me the estimate the man preparing it put in my phone number incorrectly causing them to have trouble pulling up my order. This should have been the first sign that attention to detail is not their strong suit. We ordered the higher quality boards since we have a dog and he likes to jump on the fence.
