Rick’s customer service, attention to detail, and overall process is exceptional! He did in two days what someone else couldn’t manage do in two months. I definitely recommend him if you have any mold or mildew problems in your vehicle as well as basic detailing. He was able to remove the awful mold and mildew smell from a sunroof leak in my car. Exceptional work and exceptional with clients!
I first heard of Rick while trying to deal with a moldy car - my insurance adjuster told me he was THE guy in this whole area of PA for tackling severe mold issues. Our 2017 Sienna had a serious mold and mildew problem due to a clogged moonroof drain. I could not get the smell out of it, no matter what I used. When I finally gave up, I found Rick's through an internet search. I called him and he looked it over and agreed that it was bad. He walked me through the process of what it would take to get it back to good. I actually had to file an insurance claim, and he was very helpful through the process.
