Rick catered my wedding 8/22/09. My husband and I wanted to have a relxed wedding that felt like a upscale family BBQ. We contacted Rick on the recemendation of a faimly member and set up a taste testing day. Rick cooked everything we had asked to have at our wedding and then some!
