I have used Rick’s Car Care many times. They are honest and do great work. Erick is very Community minded and has been a Sponsor of the All Ford Car Show for years.
Terry and company are the best to work on your truck or car! I have been going there for years and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.
My son took his car there and the bill was way out of line. He was from out of town and driving south on vacation with his family and they "saw him coming" so to speak. He was charged $161 for a Thermostat housing (part only) that can be purchased for less than $40 on line and less than $60 at the local auto parts store by anyone that walks in. I was told their markup on parts was 40% but it seems that is 400% instead. At this point the word "honest" doesn't seem to fit.
A place you go when you want an honest job done.
Wonderful experience and will be returning for more car services in the future. The time wait was so short. I felt, in the short drop off and payment interactions, that I was treated more than just a "customer". Its great to go somewhere and have employees be friendly and confident. I am glad I discovered Ricks Car Care.
